Large room to rent -Bills included

I have a large room to rent in a ground floor flat which has a communal garden with washing lines and a bike shed. The room is fully furnished (some items of furniture shown in the photos belong to the previous tenant) and includes: double bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, built-in desk + shelving, office chair, armchair, full-length mirror, oil heater, rug, curtains and wastepaper basket. The room has a small built-in storage cupboard with hanging rail and hooks. There’s also an additional fridge in the room for your sole use.

The kitchen and bathroom are fairly small, but well-equipped, and shared with myself. The rent includes all bills: gas, electricity, water, Council Tax, (Band A), broadband, TV licence.

I have a very shy cat, who won’t come into your room. But I’d appreciate someone who’s cat-friendly and who’d be happy to feed her from time to time. The room would be suitable for a quiet, friendly, independent, mature person (female only) who has similar interests. I'm also keen on recycling and taking care of the environment.

There’s a soft touch on-street parking scheme in place (no parking between set hours during the week), so a parking permit would need to be applied for.
