Seven dials flatshare

Hello I am looking for someone to join me in my 2 bed flat just off seven-dials in Brighton.
The building is grade 2 listed and the flat is in the basement.
It has a shared front garden and I have a contained small patio out the back with an outside small cabin that can be used as an office or second living room.
There is one main living space/ kitchen between the two bedrooms.
The room I'm looking to fill opens up onto the back patio. It is fully ensuite with two adjoining bathroom rooms. One with an in-built full wardrobe and bath. And the other with a shower and bathroom.
