Double room available, house with patio

Hello there! 😁

My two flatmates and I are looking for someone of a similar age, who is a sociable, fun, and last but not least; a kind person.

We are close friends, who have recently moved to Brighton and are happy to meet new people and to introduce you to our existing group of friends who live 2 houses below ours.

We enjoy watching movies on the projector, going out for walks in the park nearby, and socialising.

The house:
It has dishwasher and washing machine as well as a patio. There is a nicely sized shared living room. Oh and… you can see the sunset from one side of the house 🫠

The room available is large and spacious; 4.73 x 4.05 m2. It’s big windows flood the space with natural light.
(This room is unfurnished but our previous flatmate is happy to sell the bed. - The rest of the house including the lounge is furnished🙂‍↕️)
