Double Bedroom in Central Brighton House ❣️

Hello! 🏡🩷

We’ve got a room available in our lovely 5 bed house ready to move in at the start of September.

This room is sadly becoming free due to our housemate of many years making the move to London for art school. Us remaining four girls (young professionals between 24 – 31) are looking for an easy-going, clean, kind and respectful new housemate to take their place.

The room is currently furnished with a single bed, though our landlord is happy to provide a double bed if needed.

The room price is including all bills!

The house itself comprises of:

- 2x kitchens
- Spacious living room/dining room
- 2x bathrooms (1 bathroom, 1 shower room & 1 toilet)
- Roof terrace (easily accessible through two of the bedrooms)
- Office space
- Bike/Equipment storage

…and is minutes away from supermarkets, the sea, bus stops, and a 15 min walk to Brighton station 🌊

As a household, we all have our own busy lives and are often spending time on our hobbies, working or seeing friends, but still enjoy watching TV/eating together and relaxing in shared spaces. We’re a creative house, love a bit of telly and crafts, and enjoy catching up when we get the chance. We aren’t a party house and so are looking for people that understand the need for home to be a calm place to relax and feel safe in, as well as have a laugh too!

A couple of sidenotes… Most of us are vegetarian/vegan, and we’re unfortunately not allowed to keep pets in the house.
