Spare double room in Elm Grove

Hi! Unfortunately I'm going on to leave my room in a shared tenancy due to going for Masters elsewhere, so I'm looking for a replacement. My 3 flatmates are amazing (I really hate having to leave them), the house is very nice and spacious with a cozy living room with two sofas, big kitchen, a nice outside patio with a garden table... All the luxuries 😌. The room is the largest in the house, on the top floor, with two windows one of which is a bow window, making it very spacious and bright. I am happy to leave by double bed with 3 drawers and mattresses and possibly other drawers and a desk for a very fair price. There is street parking.
