Room to rent in lovley houseshare

One small double room available in a lovely 4 bedroom house close to Queens Park. Room is unfurnished.

The house is three stories with a large open plan living room and kitchen in the basement, downstairs bathroom and a little garden (which does need some TLC at the moment).

The street is pretty quiet as it's through traffic only and has a real nice community vibe to it. It has it's own whatsapp group and usually there's a street party in the summer.

Household consists of three friendly professionals who hang out from time to time, share a meal or watch TV together, especially horror movies.

Guests are more than welcome but we like to give each other a heads up when someone new is coming over or if someone is staying the night.

Bills can vary, but last month energy was £50, Internet was £10, council tax was £52.50. We have also just started pay water monthly rather than every 6 months, and should be about £20 per month. Also share various household expenses.

Accessibility wise – the house is set over 3 stories. The room is located on the ground floor but there are a few steps leading up to the front door.

On the ground level there are two bedrooms and a bathroom (with a huge bath). Upstairs are the final two bedroom and access to a big loft if you need to store anything.

The kitchen and living room and another bathroom are in the basement which is accessed by a flight of stairs.

Number 2 bus route that goes directly from our street to the centre of town.

The room is becoming avaliable as our current flatmate is going to Uni in London. We pay rent every month on the 2nd, but the room will be avaliable mid September.

We are a LGBTQ+ household, with preferance for someone queer, but open to anyone.
