I’m offering my lovely furnished one-bedroom flat in Seven Dials, Brighton/Hove for a ~three-week short-term let while I’m away.

This would be particularly well suited to professional who is between homes, relocating to the area, waiting for a property purchase to complete, or looking for a comfortable base while house hunting (I struggled myself with finding a place for this purpose when I was moving to Brighton).

The flat is in a fantastic location - Seven Dials has a great village feel, with independent cafés, delis, shops and a Co-op supermarket all close by. Despite being in a quieter residential setting, you're only around 10 minutes' walk from Brighton station, 15 minutes from the beach and around 15 minutes into the Lanes.

This is my home rather than a dedicated holiday rental, so I'm looking for someone respectful, clean and considerate who will treat it as they would their own home.

It's a quiet residential property and not suitable for parties or events.

*£500 per week including bills.

The dates are fixed around my time away, so I'm ideally looking for someone who can take the full three weeks but please message if you're interested in a slightly smaller window of that timeframe and I may be able to consider it.
