Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a beautiful five-bedroom student house in Hanover.
Current Housemates: 2 Women and 2 Men :)
The other four housemates are friendly, sociable students entering their final year at the University of Sussex. They are looking for another outgoing, considerate and tidy student who would enjoy being part of the house while also respecting everyone’s studies and personal space.
Rent: £704 per month, excluding bills
Available from: 27 October 2026 (if earlier is require, please let me know)

Tenancy takeover is subject to landlord approval and referencing
Hanover is a lovely, friendly community with a great neighbourhood atmosphere and easy access to the rest of Brighton.
