We have a lovely double room available in our ground-floor flat in Preston Circus, and we’re looking for the right person to join our home.

We’re a friendly household of three easy-going professionals in our 30s, and we’re hoping to find someone who is looking for more than just a room someone who values having a comfortable, clean and respectful home.

🏡 About the house

We really value our home and the space we share, so keeping the house tidy and looking after communal areas is important to all of us.

This is not a party house. We all have different jobs and busy lives, and we really appreciate being able to come home to a calm and peaceful environment. We’re respectful of each other’s routines, especially during the and early mornings and late evenings so keeping noise down and being considerate of everyone is very important.

At the same time, we’re a friendly bunch and enjoy having a chat, sharing the occasional meal or simply hanging out together when everyone feels like it. We’re looking for a good balance between being sociable and giving each other space.

Who we’re looking for

We’d ideally suit someone who:

· Is around a similar age/life stage to the existing household
· Has a full-time job and a fairly settled routine
· Is clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
· Is considerate about noise
· Understands that a shared home works best when everyone communicates and respects each other
· Is friendly and easy-going, but also comfortable giving others their own space
· Has a similar lifestyle and attitude towards sharing a home

Female preferred, but we’re flexible for the right person.
Ultimately, finding someone who fits well with the household, shares our values and will be considerate towards the other people living here is much more important than ticking every box.
