Looking for a flat mate in bright

We’re looking for a flatmate to join our home. The flat is bright, airy and just minutes away from the station and The Lanes, so it’s in a really great location.
We’re a couple living together, and there is one double room available, which will be lightly furnished.
We’re ideally looking for someone who either:
Is looking for a Monday–Friday room. If you’re only here Monday–Friday, the rent would be £550 per month, all bills included.
Or someone who is away quite a lot and enjoys having their own space. We’re not antisocial at all — we just really value having a happy, relaxed home where we can also have our own space as a couple. The rent is 616 plus bills but again can be discussed.

We want the flat to feel friendly, while also making sure everyone has their own space and privacy.

The rent can be negotiated depending on how often you’ll be using the room, so we’re happy to discuss what works best.

Concil tax is band C
