Room to rent in elm grove

Hi ! We are currently looking for a third flatmate to move in with us from the 24th of August.

Me and a friend both 21 are in a property on elm grove. We are both recent graduates, I am doing a post-grad and my friend works. We would prefer someone between 20-25 student or non-student. We are a queer friendly house and would like someone who is clean and tidy :))

The room is part furnished (only had a wardrobe), lounge, kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished. The house has one bathroom and two toilets and a lovely outside space.

Rent is £586.66, bills not included
