Charming Room, quiet and great light

This charming flat is situated in one of the most vibrant areas of Brighton, Lewes Road, where you will find pubs and restaurants just around the corner.

We are just off Lewes Road in Shanklin Road. Unbelievably, it's super quiet here, you will enjoy the sing of the birds in the morning and the silence. Few squirrels will probably watch you sleep from the window.

The flat has big ceilings, a new kitchen, bathroom, big windows with great light and beautiful views.

I am a professional athlete and although I am very extroverted I have 3 jobs and I am always running around.

I am looking for a professional female but open to everyone if you are friendly and going to look after the place.

I am looking for someone respectful to keep the peace and quiet. I bought this house 2 years ago, its beautiful and I would like to share it with someone that can feel at home and stay for a long time.

The lease doesnt allow animals and also the place its too small. Animals is a no.

The neighbours are brilliant and super friendly. I need someone who is going to be respectful to them as well. Everyone minds their business here.

Please NO smokers or any drugs, you can drink alcohol (i sometimes do but not very often), I am too sporty.
