Room going in queer household by Preston park

Room coming in our beautiful 4 bed house - Big garden, living room and separate kitchen space, views over the viaduct. Room available mid-late September - early October (potentially negotiable)

The room:
- good sized double room on the first floor with beautiful views of the garden and viaduct
- Furnished, (double bed, desk, mattress, wardrobe)
- there are four steps up to the house itself
- the room is up one flight of stairs

The house:
You’d be living with three other housemates, all queer/trans, late 20s, working in a mixture of the arts, charity sector and other community work! Very friendly household occassionally all hang out play a game of Mario kart or have dinner but equally respect each others space and have different schedules !

About you:
- queer/trans or under the lgbt umbrella
- good communicator can clean up after yourself
- need a UK guarantor if on benefits or a lower income
