Hello! We have a large room (4.2 x 4.3m) available in our family home, 1 min from the seafront on the Brighton/Hove border, ten minutes’ walk from Churchill Square.

Large furnished study bedroom with single fold-down wall bed (Murphy Bed) plus double sofabed, chaise longue, cube storage, large desk, additional fold-out desk/storage, hanging rail, fridge... and dartboard, should you want one! It's a lockable room on the lower ground-floor level of the house in a secure gated development.

We’re an arty couple in our early sixties plus adult non-binary offspring (mid-thirties) and a very old, sweet, medium-sized dog (lurcher).

You’ll have use of the utility room (washing machine and tumble dryer), and a large sunny kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, etc. A toilet and a large walk-in shower are a few steps from the room. The upper level of the house (living room and roof terrace) will be family use only, unless we are away.
