Light double room in friendly shared house

Hi
I'm moving out of my lovely shared house as moving in with partner. Current housemates are all working professionals and lovely people.

The house has a homely feeling to it and well maintained. Two bathrooms with toilet each and shower in both too. Separate kitchen and lounge. Small front garden and spacious back garden. The room is at the very top of the house so away from bathrooms/kitchen. It has two windows and lots of natural light. It is an L shaped room and I've moved the bed to be in the nook (please see pics) but you could have elsewhere. Divan bed base and chest of drawers included and there is a sink and mirror in the room too.

I'm looking for someone friendly and respectful who will fit in with current housemates (sociable people who like to chat but have their own things going on). Professional or a mature/masters/phd student (but council tax will be split between all)

If you'd like to view the place let me know. Just FYI I am away 31st -6th so won't be responding in that time but will get back to it when I'm home :) please share a little bit about yourself.

Bills are split between 6 on top of rent, not all come out monthly but somewhere between £50-80 per month extra I think. Will work out more accurately for viewings to let you know.
