Bright, beautiful architect-designed loft room

Bright, architect-designed loft room at the top of a large Victorian villa. It has a warm, pared-back feel with exposed pale ply, a white pitched ceiling and a large opening roof window overlooking mature trees. The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a tall-boy. It has plenty of open floor space and the sloping ceilings make it feel very cosy. There's also a shared toilet and sink immediately next to the room. It feels private, peaceful and slightly separate from the rest of the house - almost like a little retreat. We have a lovely cat - Pip!
