Double Room in lovely flat with Sea View!

Gorgeous flat in Kemptown with a big living space that looks straight out onto the sea

The flat has two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room, and three bedrooms. You’d be taking over my bedroom, which is a double room and comes unfurnished.

My two flatmates, Anna (26) and Jonathan (29) love hanging out in the flat especially in the living room, so we’d love someone who also enjoys being social and spending time together at home! They both work hybrid, usually spending 1–2 days in the office and working from home the rest of the week. Anna has a lovely cat hetti in the flat so must be okay living with a cat! She’s extremely well trained, doesn’t jump on counters etc, everyone loves her

Looking for someone to move in on either the 13th or 14th. Rent is due on the 26th of each month, so you’ll need to pay the first two weeks’ rent alongside the deposit when you move in.
