Bright room in central Brighton flat

The studio room is spacious with a stunning view. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, a small desk, chair and somewhere to hang clothes. The flat is in a Victorian terrace, walking distance from 3 stations with frequent buses and near Preston Park. Late night shops. I'm the owner but I am often away for work so it's not really a flat share. You need to be comfortable staying there alone. There are three flats in the building. Couples considered. Rent would be £700 in that case with a deposit of £200. All bills included. Living room is available when I'm away.
