🏠 Student House Tenancy Takeover – 11 St Luke’s Road, Hanover, Brighton, BN2 9ZD
Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 5-person student house in Hanover, Brighton, as I’m moving out earlier than originally planned.

The room will ideally be available from 2nd November 2026, subject to landlord/agent approval.
If an earlier tenancy swap isn’t possible, the room will instead be available from 2nd December 2026 due to my current notice period.
So, if you're looking for somewhere around November/December, please get in touch even if you're not sure which date would work for you!
🛏️ The Room & House
The house is non-smoking, has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and you would be taking over my existing tenancy.

-Small double bed

📍 Location – Hanover, Brighton
11 St Luke’s Road is located in Hanover, a popular residential area of Brighton with a great student community and easy access to the city centre.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area, while still being within easy reach of Brighton's main attractions and university campuses.
🌳 Queens Park is around a 5-minute walk away, making it really convenient if you enjoy having green space nearby.
🏙️ Brighton city centre and the seafront are also within walking distance, so you can easily get into town for shops, restaurants, cafés, nightlife and the beach without always needing to rely on public transport.
🎓 The house is particularly convenient for University of Brighton students, with the Grand Parade campus being the closest University of Brighton campus. Other university campuses are also accessible by public transport.
🎓 University of Sussex students can also benefit from the location, with regular public transport connections towards the university's Falmer campus.
🚌 There are bus stops approximately 2 minutes' walk from the house, with services providing connections towards central Brighton, Brighton railway station, Brighton Marina and the university campuses.
Overall, the location gives you a nice balance between living in a quieter residential neighbourhood while still being close to university, central Brighton, the seafront and everything you need for student life.
👥 Housemates
You will be living with 4 other students – Kin, Luke, Andrew and Rohan, who are an absolutely lovely and friendly bunch!
They are sociable and outgoing, but also enjoy doing their own thing, so you won't feel bombarded with social interaction if that's not your thing. At the same time, they're always up for hanging out in the house, whether that's having game/movie nights, chilling in the living room or just having a chat.
I've genuinely loved living with them, so I'm sure you'll feel at home here too! ❤️
📩 Interested?
I'm happy to answer any questions about the house, the area or the current housemates!
If you're interested, please message me and I can send over more photos, tenancy details and arrange a viewing.
Please note: The tenancy takeover and earlier 2nd November 2026 move-in date are subject to landlord/agent approval.
