2 double beds in beautiful Brighton home!

My two lovely flatmates are leaving for exciting adventures abroad, and I'm looking for two kind, friendly and considerate souls to move into our beautiful home.

About me:
I'm Carmen, a gardener who works in horticulture with community groups - I love spending time as possible outside; hiking, exploring and looking at and appreciating plants! I also love music, gigs, reading, spending time in and by the sea, and films.

I value a calm, peaceful space but also love spending time chatting and sharing food. It's important to me that we create a space together where everyone feels at home with space to be themselves.

Looking for:
- Flexible on rental durations but initially a 3 month let with possilbity to extend.
- People who really values the home being a sanctuary and calm space; enjoying cosy evenings in and nice food together
- People who communicate openly and compassionately

- 3 double rooms
- One bathroom with bath/shower
- 2 toilets
- Amazing kitchen with 6hobs, kitchen island, so plenty of space for cooking and hanging out
- Living room with TV & L-Sofa
- Decked outdoor area with lighting & outdoor shower
- Has a Waitrose, Sainsburys & Co-op within easy walking distance.
- 15min drive, 35min min public transport & 26min cycle to Sussex Uni
- 8min walk to the sea! (probably less if you're speedy)

The rooms:
- Smaller room with the blue wall and skylight (lots of natural light)
- has double bed w. underbed storage
- a fold-out desk
- small amount of additional storage
- on the landing this room has access to a large cupboard for hanging and storing clothes plus a 5-draw dresser

Larger room

Gas, electric, water and internet are included - council tax will be in addition. Bills could be subject to change.
