Double room in a shared house

Hi, we are two 30 year old females looking for a third professional person who is easy-going, sociable and tidy (but not Monica from Friends extreme) to live with us.

We both our spend time enjoying socialising together and with friends, going to the cinema and gym, or having an evening in watching a movie with an occasional takeaway. We work Monday-Friday, 9-5.

The room available is a double, unfurnished, warm and sunny, south facing bedroom with a built-in wardrobe.

We live in a three-storey terraced house on a quiet street with a south facing patio garden large enough for BBQs in the summer. The house is furnished, including a separate washing machine and tumble dryer and Virgin TV and wifi. It has full double glazing and gas central heating throughout.

The house is only a five minute walk from the hospital, two minutes from Queen's Park and 20 minutes walk into town. There are good bus links and free on-street parking, with a local shop at the end of our road.
