Renting two spacious rooms in my 3 bed home which has a self -contained annex that is my bedroom/ shower room. I spend most of my time in Paris.
Just off the seafront, this grade 1 listed Regency property has access to the beautiful Kemp Town Enclosures (large private residents' gardens with its tunnel to the beach and the wonderful new cafe Reading Room.
Both rooms have superking beds, one is the master room with en-suite rain shower and the other has a private bathroom next to it. Both come with very comfortable quality mattresses from Eve and Simba. The flat is over 1200 ft2 on Lewes Crescent, which allows for lots of privacy but also a convivial space when we wish to socialise.
This is a peaceful flat ( not a party flat) that is very clean, tidy with designer furniture and two courtyards. Ideally I am looking for 2 lovely responsible and respectful lodgers who are looking for a peaceful clean and tidy home. If you are into plants and think you will enjoy using patios and communal garden, it will be a bonus.
Residents’ street parking with permit available which you can acquire within a day from the council.
Shared utility (gas and electricity) bills not included. They are on average £85 per person Gas heating controlled by app, double glazed windows and LED lighting throughout
Sea Lanes with a gym and outdoor 50m pool is nearby. The Marina, with its convenient restaurants, supermarket, cinema and David Lloyds gym, is a 5- minute walk away. Excellent bus services to University, town centre and train station.
The move in date is slightly flexible one week either side of Sept 1. The first person who moves in is very welcome to help me decide on the other person, so we can find a happy home. (my age preference is just a guide)
