Hi I'm looking for a sociable, chilled professional person like myself to share with I have been in this property for a year and love it, it’s adjacent to Preston Park, has weekend & evening free parking on site. Also convenient for the station and bus routes. There is a spacious kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher & fridge freezer leading onto a west facing roof terrace. Good sized lounge and large en-suite room for when you need your own space. Unfortunately my current house mate is moving out due to a change in circumstances, so sharing with me would involve signing up for a 12 month rental lease with the agent.
