Room available in student house - female wanted

We are urgently looking for a female full-time student to take a single room in a 5-bedroom house in an excellent location near the centre of Brighton.

You would be sharing a house with a friendly and sociable group of girls who are in their third year at the University of Sussex.

The room is furnished with a large wardrobe, desk, shelves and a mirror. The house has two bathrooms, both containing a shower and toilet.

Rent is £80 which is excellent given the location and how well-kept the property is. Additionally, the landlady pays for the property's water use.

The house's main communal area is a large open-plan kitchen/living space on the ground floor. The kitchen is well-fitted with plenty of cupboard space and a new, very efficient oven.

The living area has two sofas and a large TV. There is also a utility room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a large outdoor patio area with table and chairs (a great place to sit during the warmer months).

The house is located on Upper Lewes Road, very near Lewes Road (for shops and the main bus routes) and 5 minutes walk from the big Sainsburys. Walking into town takes roughly 15 minutes.
