Hi my name is Paul, my existing flat mate for the past 5 years is sadly moving out to live with her partner. I live in newly built, modern apartment overlooking the Royal Pavilion which is great location for shops, cinema, swimming pool, library, theatre and beach. The Bedroom is at the rear of the property so very quiet The bedroom is furnished with new bed and mattress and built in wardrobes. I am very sociable and have a wide circle of reliable friends who have known me for many years. The Kitchen and living room are shared. I have broadband and internet access and Free view. All modern utilities in Kitchen. The room is available from 1 of June will need references and a deposit of £550. 00 the monthly rent being payable in advance of £550.00 to include all household utility bills. Parking if you have a car then you will have to apply for your own permit I live in Zone C and understand unlike other areas in Brighton there is no waiting list in this area. I work Monday to Friday long hours and often get home and just eat and sleep but at the weekends I enjoy going out with friends and having a good time. I am ideally looking for someone professional who works similar hours to myself, I am clean and tidy person and dont like to have to clean up after others. I don’t tend to reply to faceless profiles.
