Sunny Double room for rent in Hanover

I have a light, double room to let in my comfortable non smoking home in the friendly area of Hanover, 15 minutes walk from Brighton station, a few minutes to Queens Park and 10 minutes to the beach. Rent includes: Water, Council Tax, Electric & Gas, Wireless internet, Washing Machine.

I'm looking for a mature professional or mature students only please. It would suit someone wanting to stay up until mid December/Christmas 2015. Experience in sharing a flat and conscious about cleaning and mutual respect is a must. It's a fairly quiet but creative, musical non-smoking house. Please, note - there is no TV in the house.

I will be away quite a lot so mostly you would be sharing with one male. Both other rooms are in the basement so there is plenty of privacy.

The maisonette is on two levels with the room for rent on the first floor next to the kitchen, bathroom and lounge. Its furnished with all mod cons including wifi broadband. There’s a a small back garden and free street parking.

The room is a good size with a comfortable double bed, clothes rail, drawers, shelves and a desk. However some or all furniture in the room can be removed if preferred.

Rent includes bills but if there was excessive use above normal use extra would need to be charged. Monthly price for couples: £750.
