Furnished Single Room in Central Brighton

A well-kept house in the Lewes Road area, 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop and surrounded by local amenities (e. g. supermarkets, post office, pharmacy).

I am a current housemate who is a professional, living with 3 friendly and tidy students from Brighton/Sussex Universities. I'm seeking for someone to replace me on the current tenancy as soon as possible, which runs until August 16th 2012. My reasons for moving is that i will be moving back to my original home in London due to work commitments requiring me to re-locate.

TV licence is included within the monthly rental payment, and water bills are payed by the landlord. The set of flatmates currently living in the house study Nursing, Geography and History.
