Room in Brighton for rent

I'm Luis and I'm currently looking for someone to rent my room in June only (other months would have to be discussed with the landlady itself). The reason of this is because I'm moving out a month earlier and I need someone to stay there. The room is large and is part of a shared house. There are 3 others living there. The house has washing machine and internet available and the kitchen is regular sized. The house is located near the city centre and the train station.
