Room to rent in lovely Victorian house, Brighton

We are seeking another housemate from the 1st September 2012. A beautiful Victorian corner house right by London Road station, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Brighton. Currently there are 2 third year students and 1 second year student at Sussex uni, and two people working full time (all very friendly and laid back), so anybody is welcome :) house is on 3 and a half storeys, 6 bedrooms (5 large doubles and 1 single, but we are advertising for one of the double rooms), 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets, living/ kitchen area plus another small kitchen adjoining, loads of storage space, garden with grass plus patio area and free on-road parking. Rent is negotiable but will be £85-90 a week, this includes water but not gas or electricity.
Please get in touch asap as the landlord is expecting the paperwork to be sent off very quickly. It is a private landlord which is a huge advantage as no agency fees and a lot easier to contact about any problems than a letting agency!
