Relaxed, clean and friendly household looking for a 3rd person to share our home on a quiet cul-de-sac behind fiveways (with free & off-road parking!!).
We are currently looking to re-sign the letting contract for a 1 year term, with an option to extend further after that.

There is a good sized double room with a fitted cupboard and landing storage available for the right person. This is situated on the 3rd floor of the house, sharing the floor with 1 other and a spare room/office as well as a family bathroom with WC & Bath with shower overhead.
The 2nd floor comprises of a large front facing lounge with a bay window and balconette overlooking the cul-de-sac; the kitchen is rear facing with an enclosed yard and patio.
The ground floor houses the 3rd housemate, separate WC, as well as a utility room with a shower enclosure.

It's a bright and open home with some furnishings already situated in the communal areas as well as some mod cons and plants. We're often prone to watching films, cooking meals, playing games, having a laugh or a few drinks and would like to find someone of a similar mindset.

The bills are not included in the rent, but on average cost approximately £90/each per month.
