URGENT! Short term room available

i have a room available from 20th of june till 15th of august. the room is a nice furnished double bed. there is a big living room and garden and the tenants enjoy spending time together and having bbqs. there are also 3 bathrooms. the house is located centralto both universities and town centre and is a 3min walk to bus stops. there are local shopsand main supermarkets just down the road. i will be leaving my room next week and urgently need someone to take my place asap.
