The room is next to the second bathroom, which would be mostly just for you. The family bathroom is on the floor below.

Wifi, gas and electricity included, bed linen and towels are provided.

Warm friendly house with well equipped kitchen/dining room, living room and lawned garden.
I've asked for a non-smoker - but in the garden is fine, just not in the house please.

We are 20 minutes walk to Brighton Station, nearby bus stop for regular 18, 21 & 23 bus services to town centre. 10 mins walk from RSC Hospital. Easy route to Universities.
Beautiful Queens Park, with tennis facilities, lake and cafe, is at the bottom of the road.
