Vegan/veggie flatshare in central Brighton

First up: The room is not available til November, so please make sure you're happy about that before getting in touch. Also, the flat is a meat-free zone, so I'm only looking to share with veggies or vegans. Thanks. OK, here's the rest of the info:

I have a room available in my 2 bedroom flat. It's a great location - close to the station and central Brighton.

I've shared the flat since I bought it 8 years ago and before that lived in houseshares so I'm used to sharing living space with other people.

The flat is really spacious though the room isn't huge, so if you're looking for a large room with space for a desk etc it's probably not for you. However it does have a small double bed (with storage space underneath), a built in wardrobe, shelf unit and bedside table. There are cupboards in the hallway and lounge that have a bit of space for suitcases, books etc.

The flat has a large living/dining room, modern kitchen, patio, shower room and separate toilet. (No bath though I'm afraid.)

If you have a car, bear in mind it's in zone Y so you can expect a long waiting time ( up to 10 months) if you're hoping for a permit!

I work full-time as a fundraiser, mostly Mon-Fri but with occasional weekend work. I have my own social life but chats in the lounge over a bottle of wine after work from time to time are always welcome.

I'm clean and tidy but not obsessive and would like to share the flat with someone who's similar in that way.

Short term lets are welcome.
