I am currently looking for 1 housemate to fill a large light double attic room in my house just off Lewes Road. The room is fully furnished with a desk, double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and 2 in built wardrobes.
I run my own cake business from home so am looking for someone clean and tidy.
Looking for someone who wants a home not just a room in a house. Someone who is sociable and would be up for coming out with the rest of the house to pubs/clubs etc but also has their own group of friends outside of the house, isn't a party animal but enjoys a good night out on the weekends or the occasional trip to the pub in the week or having dinner together/watching films.
The house has a large open plan kitchen and living room and a decent sized garden which is regularly used for bbqs in the summer!
Rent includes all bills.
