A lovely, large, double room (single occupancy) in a very friendly professionals house share, in the Fiveways area, conveniently close to the centre of Brighton.

The house is on a quiet residential street, around 10 minutes by bus to the centre of Brighton, and there's plenty of free parking outside including a driveway for 2/3 cars. There's easy access to the A27 (5 minutes drive).

Other housemates are a welcoming group of professionals in their mid 20s. This is a friendly, sociable house, not somewhere everyone shuts themselves away, though it's not a party house.

The rent includes all bills - weekly cleaner, gardener, council tax, heating, lighting, water and 400Mbps broadband.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk & chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room shares a large bathroom with two other rooms.
