The house is on a quiet residential street, around 7 minutes by bus to the centre of Brighton, and there's plenty of free parking outside including a driveway for 2/3 cars. There's easy access to the A27 (5 minutes drive).

Other housemates are a welcoming group of professionals in their mid 20s. This is a friendly, sociable house, not somewhere everyone shuts themselves away, though it's not a party house.

The rent includes all bills - weekly cleaner, gardener, council tax, heating, lighting, water and 400Mbps broadband.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk & chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room shares a large bathroom with one other room.

The house is ideally suited to young professionals looking to share. It has a lounge/diner, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The kitchen has a double oven, 6-burner gas hob, microwave, two large fridge/freezers and a dishwasher. There's a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge/diner has all new furniture, plus 37" wall mounted TV. There's also a west-facing patio garden for BBQ's.
