Dble Rm in Gay Friendly Houseshare, Preston Park

Hi,

I have a Double room available in a Gay friendly house share.
It's a 5 bedroom house with a living room, kitchen, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom (with bath and shower).

Bus stop is about 1 minute walk from the house. 5B route. Although it only takes about 20-25 mins to walk to town centre. There are a good variety of shops at the bottom of the road, a doctors close by and of course Preston Park itself is about a 5 minute walk maximum.
There are 4 other occupants in the property and a Dog. Tora is a trained 2yo Staffie, who rarely barks (if ever), stays in her bed when owners not home and is a very funny, lovable doggy.

We are a working professional house and all are pretty relaxed and get on. (Sometimes have drinks together or people over, but are very considerate of others)
