Rooms to Rent

Hello. I currently have 2 spare rooms in my house. They can either be rented separately, the small double for £90p/w and the single for £70p/w, or one person can have both the rooms to themselves, use one as a lounge space, and the other as a bedroom, for a bargain price of £130 per week. I am very central, 10 minutes from brighton station and bus stops. I would prefer female non-smokers, maybe around my age 30. You will be living with myself and my 2 daughters aged 11 and 3.
