2 Double rooms available in friendly house

We are looking for a couple of friendly people, who work full-time to come and live with us in our lovely house in Brighton!

We have 2 rooms on offer. One is is a large double room and one slightly smaller but still decent sized all bills included and fully furnished.

You would be sharing with two girls and a guy - all in their mid to late twenties/early thirties.

The house has a good sized open plan living room and kitchen and a good sized garden which is great for summer bbqs.

We're looking for someone sociable & friendly, but who also likes a bit of quiet time and isn't a party animal.

We are all house proud and are looking for someone who is also house proud and who will help keep the place looking nice with us.

The house is a 30 second walk from Lewes road, close to London road and about a 10 minute walk to the start of the Laines. We have some great pubs near by & the main station is only a 15 minute walk away.

The rooms comes with double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
