Double room - all bills included

Furnished double room to let in terraced house in Hanover/queens park area, approx 15 minutes walk to Brighton station and very near bus routes to the Hospital and universities.

We are Sarah (MSc Student) Chris (land surveyor) and Suzannah (Librarian) and we have a friendly ginger cat called Frank

We are friendly, easy going people who work hard during the week so its no party house.. We would like someone who is sociable but also respectful of personal space

Hmmm.. what else... Parking on this street is by permit, but there is free parking a couple of streets away and the area has plenty of nice boozers and parks etc nearby :)
