New Double Ensuit Brighton Station City Centre

We are a couple newly moving in this flat located at central Brighton near the rail station and shopping area. It is a flat with shared lounge with south facing balcony, dinning area, modern fitted kitchen and 3 bedrooms. One is single (which will be kept as an guest room), one is double, and the other is en-suit.

They are all bright, new and nice, but the en-suit is the best because it is bigger and with shower. The flat is very convenient to the shopping area, supermarket, bus stop, rail station, and local pubs. Everything is within 2 mins walk, it's the best I have seen.

We are both young professionals, I sometimes travel for business so we don't mind which room. we like cooking and sometimes a bit of drink in the evening. Professional and students are all welcomed as long as you are friendly, responsible and clean.

The double room is 127/pw and the en-suit is 140/pw; available from 27 of Jun. bills excluded. Viewing is available in the evening and on the weekend. You get what you pay for so please contact if you like to view this flat and meet us.
