Friendly relaxed student house (2nd Year University of Brighton, 2 boys, 2 girls), looking for preferably another student. 2 min walk to London Road station, 10 mins from Brighton Station. On Viaduct road its just round the corner a variety of supermarkets, pubs and shops on London Road. Large, comfortable basement living room with TV and sound system. Small patio garden, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Internet access.

Comfortable, compact room at the back of the house. Furnished (desk, shelf storage and double bed).

The rent is £90 a week (not including bills). Ideally we are looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible
