Room in family home, available from August

The room is a good size, our house is comfortable but not posh. We have one small bathroom/toilet that we would all share. I work full time, my daughter is at 6th form. We have a good size kitchen and 2 cats. We're on an excellent bus route and 10 mins walk from Fiveways. It takes about 35-45 minutes to walk to the centre of town. It would be good house for someone who wants to study, the area is very quiet. We back on to open downland, it would also be an excellent area for someone who enjoyed running or walking.
