Hello we have 2 double bedrooms to rent to two lovely lodgers In our pretty family home overlooking queens park. The lodgers share one adjacent bathroom and we have a separate family bathroom. We have 3 dogs and a 14 year old son living with us. Both rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds and storage. We are a quiet but warm and freindly family. We have let the rooms for sometime and sadly our lodgers are leaving. We dont mind smokers but smoking outside only please(we have a garden and one of the rooms has a balcony).
