Double Bedroom Is South Lanes 5 Mins from Station

Hi,
i am a 24 year old professional female, looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom house with me.

the house:-

its centrally located on gloucester street in the lanes. it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, brand new kitchen and huge living room. everything has been finished to a very high standard. the rooms are big (with original fire places), laminate flooring throughout. the place is unfurnished. it also has a small patio area.
the price is £550 each, but when you see the property you'll understand why!
the price doesnt include bills!

me:-

i work in london monday-friday so during the week im quite quiet, on the weekend however, i like to relax, am very sociable and would say im not the quietest on fridays and saturdays.

i am extremely laid back, very tidy, and i think easy to get along with. i smoke, so non-smokers probably wouldnt be happy living with me!

the house is available now, but ive negotiated with the landlady for moving approximately early/mid july (unless you want to move earlier)

its through a private landlord, so the fees wont be as high as usual, the deposit is approximately around £1000.

you:-

you must be a happy, sociable independent human, that knows how to tidy up after themselves and have a laugh (not necessarily at the same time). i like my own space but i also want a housemate that i can befriend, cook for (on the odd occasion) and get on well with.
