Bedsit To Let

Hi there,
I have a lovely double room (bedsit)to rent, all bills are included.
Flat is situated Near Victoria Gardens, close to Royal pavilion. Room itself very cosy and very sunny and furnished with single bed, clothes rack , chest of draws, large table and lamp and etc.
Flat is 10 min walk from beach, and shops Morrisons only 10 min walk, Brighton station is 15 min walk.
Note flat is small I have no storage place so if you are work placement or commuter or student this place is ideal for you. I also consider Monday to Friday stay or short tern stay.

About you: ideally age up to 40, preferably female. I'm looking flatmate who is honest, tidy, considerate, quite and happy!
About me working professional, loves cooking, books, art. I am quite person and love coming home and relax after busy day at work, but it doesn't mean you have to be chapel mouse :). If you respect other's privacy then we all in business lol.

Oh most importantly, you don't have to worry about cleaning, however you will be required to clean as you go and participate in recycling and taking rubbish out.
