Myself and my boyfriend Shane live in a lovely, homely Brighton house. We are looking for a friendly professional aged 25-35. Shane is a 28 year old teacher who likes going to the gym, football and pretty much any other sport (zzz!). I'm a 29 year old pharmacist and I like terrible television, keeping fit and seeing as much of the world as possible. We're pretty chilled out and like a good night out at the weekend. We've both had our share of lazy bones housemates and so would like someone that's happy to contribute to keep the place clean and tidy.
One fully furnished double bedroom is available with all bills included. There is a small back garden to catch some lovely afternoon sunshine and plenty of off road parking. Wi-fi, Washer/dryer and fridge/freezer at property.
The property is in the coombe road area situated in a street mixed with families, students and young professionals. The A27 and A23(M25) are easily accessible by car and Brighton train station is around a 20 minute walk. The local supermarket, Sainsbury's, is a 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop around the corner on the main road.
