Hi, we're looking for a professional lodger to fit in easily with our simple family life.

We are looking for someone mature, neat and tidy, likes to hang out but also happy doing their own thing.

We have a sociable and good natured two year old, who can be chatty and likes to play and, play..

The room is of double size, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside unit, bookshelf, 2 wall shelves and a wall mirror. It has double aspect windows and looks out onto a garden.

Extra benefits include garden with decking, washer dryer and dishwasher.

The rent is £400 per month and includes all bills. We would need a deposit and a month's rent in advance.

We live in a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, 2 mins away from Easthill Park and A27/A23. The numbers 6 and 1 buses are 2 and 5 mins away, running a very regular service through Hove into the centre of Brighton.
