Central sunny terraced house- 2 rooms available

Hi- I have 2 rooms available to rent in my terraced house on a quiet road but in a very central location in Brighton (3 min walk to train station, 3 min to North Laine).

Large, sunny living room/ kitchen with all new appliances- washer, double oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher… Best of all the bathroom (shared by the two rooms) is brand new, fitted 2 weeks ago so is in immaculate condition.

NB: Advert will not let me edit the number of bedrooms but there are 3 bedrooms in total (mine & 2 spare rooms) in the house not 2!

Room 1 (furnished):
Larger double room with loads of built in storage

Room 2 (furnished):
Small double room with built in cupboard

Bills obviously usage dependent but will be approx £90/month for gas, electricity, high speed internet, weekly cleaner, council tax, water etc..

Looking for tidy, clean housemates who have their own interests but are friendly and sociable, able to have a laugh and up for going out for a few beers/ doing generally sociable activities. A sociable but not party house is what I’m aiming for!

I have a lovely, well behaved rescue dog who if you like animals you’ll love her, if not then it’s probably not the house for you. Just in case you're wondering her interests include walks, chewies and snuggling up on the sofa :)
