Lovely Double Sunny Room in friendly house

Our house is situated on a quiet street in Brighton. We can walk into town and the station in about 15 minutes away. The house is ideally situated for the universities which has excellent transport/bus links.

The room is a large double with TV and broadband included. The room has two large wardrobes, the house has two bathrooms so you will have one to yourself most of the time. The room also has a kingsize bed and drawers.

We are an easy going couple and we would like to share our home with someone who is tidy and clean with a good sense of humour. Someone who likes animals is essential as we have two small dogs. We work hard during the week and like our sleep! However, we are not totally past it yet and can have fun at the weekends.

We will consider either mature students or working professionals. Although references and deposit are a requirement.
