The room spans across the top of the house and encompasses the two windows you can see in the front of house shot. The property is fairly centrally located and is close to all amenities. The main bus route is 5 minutes walk and it takes about 15 minutes by bus to get to the seafront or 25 minutes walk. Brighton rail station is about 20/25 minutes walk and London Road rail station about 10 minutes. The local parks close by are Qneen's, Wild and Stanmer. The local large chain supermarkets are 5 minutes walk ( Aldi and Sainsburys). The property is also close to the local hospital and universities ( Brighton and Sussex). The house has two bedrooms and a large bathroom, which has a separate bath and shower. The dinning room, the bedroom advertised and sitting room captures a lot of the sun and is open plan.
I am looking for someone to share this property with an existing professional non-smoking male. I would like to find a professional non-smoking mature student or professional who is tidy, considerate and responsible and wants to relax in a homely environment.
